I the undersigned JOSEPH HEMMING BOMFORD being the holder of a Victualler's License for the house and premises known as the Club Hotel situate at Orbost of which the Equity Trustees Executors and Agency Company Limited of 85 Queen Street Melbourne is the owner do hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Licensing Court for the Licensing District of Orbost to be held at Orbost on the 11th day of June 1906 at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon to transfer the said license to SAMUEL PARR STEWART of Orbost and I the said Samuel Parr Stewart of Orbost do hereby apply for a transfer of the said license to me.

Dissolution of Partnership.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned SAMUEL PARR STEWART and DAVID ROSS DUNCAN, under the style or firm of "Stewart and Duncan," of Orbost, has been Dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 1st day of September, 1907. All debts due to or owing by the said firm will be received and paid by RUPERT JAMES MOSLEY, of Orbost, Solicitor, as trustee for the said firm. The said Samuel Parr Stewart will carry on the business of Hotelkeeper at the Club Hotel Orbost, as and from above date.

Notice to Creditors.
PURSUANT to the Trusts Act 1915, notice is hereby given that all persons having any claim against the estate of Samuel Parr Stewart late of Marlo in the State of Victoria Hotel Manager deceased who died on the 15th day of September 1018 and Probate of whose will was on the 29th day of October 1918 granted to the Perpetual Executors and I Trustees Association of Australia Limited of Nos . 89.91 Queen Street Melbourne in the said State the executor therein appointed are hereby requested to send particulars in writing of such claims to the said executor at the address aforesaid on or before the 28th day of December 1918 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased which shall have come to its possession amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the said executor shall then have had notice and the said executor will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose claim the said executor shall not then have had notice,
