'Mrs. Robert Trotter, wife of Mr. R. Trotter, an old resident of the town, passed away on Friday afternoon. The deceased lady, who was the daughter of Mrs. Wray, had for several years been suffering from a spinal disease, being under the treatment of Dr.Wynne. The complaint lately took a more serious form, and within the last few weeks her sufferings had been very great great. Death, however, intervened, and she was relieved of her pain, the immediate cause being debility consequent on the above complaint. The remains were interred in the local cemetery on Sunday, being attended by a large number of residents, the service at the grave being read by Mr. Edwards.
