Table Talk (Melbourne, Vic. : 1885 - 1939) Fri 27 Sep 1895 Page 16 Wills and Bequests. WILLIAM Little, of " Inverbroom," near Stratford, grazier, by his will dated August 26, 1893, and presented for probate by Messrs. Patten and Staveley, of Sale, solicitors, appointed his sons Theodore Berford Little and Frederick Joseph Little executors.

Testator bequeathed all his personal estate to his wife Ellen Catherine Little for life, with reversion after her death to his sons Theodore Berford Little and Frederick Joseph Little equally. The right of residence on his property known as " Inverbroom," testator also bequeathed to his wife for life. Testator bequeathed to his son Theodore Berford Little his allotments 10 parish of Bundalaguah (540 acres), subject to the payment of £6573 as proportion of mortgage), and 1 and 10 of section 9 (33 acres subject to the mortgage thereon of £300). These lands are also charged with the payment of an annuity of £125 to testator's wife for life, and after her death with the four following annuities to testator's daughter. Louisa Maude Little £25, to be reduced to £15 on her marriage; to his daughter Ellen Catherine Marrett £30; to his son William Parker Little £25, and to his step daughter Rachel Emma Pemberton £7 10s.

Testator empowered the two former of these last four annuities to be satisfied by payment of £500 (if unmarried), and £300 if married to the first named and £600 to the second. Testator bequeathed his allotment 11 parish of Bundalnennh (640 acres) to his son Frederick Joseph Little subject to the pay ment of £7427 as his proportion of the mortgage, and of an annuity of £125 to his wife for life. After her death, testator charged this land with the payment of annuities of £30 to his daughter Edith Caroline Field (or payable in one sum of £600), of £25, if unmarried and £15 if married; to his daughter Louise Maude Little (payable in sums of £500 or £300), of £15 to his stepdaughter Mary Ann Pemberton and 10 of £17 10s. to his step daughter Rachel Emma Pemberton. Testator died March 24, 1895, and the estate is sworn at £18,195 real and £6 personal; total, £18,201
