WINDLOW. To honour the life of William Bill Windlow there will be an hour of quiet Reflection Time at the Le Pine Chapel, 1048 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill on WEDNESDAY (Oct. 10 2018) commencing at noon to 1pm. A Celebration of his Life for family and friends will be held at Village Community Centre, Gowanbrae Village, 1 A Gowanbrae drive, Gowanbrae 3043 between 2pm-4:30pm.
