Late of Mount Barker, South Australia, formerly of Forster and East Lindfield.

Devoted wife of John (dec'd 2008), greatly loved by her children and children-in-law Ian and Margi, Ruth and Richard, and Jim and Anita, and her grandchildren Robert, Max and Ben.

Born and raised at Pera, Upper Manilla, attended New England Girls School, enlisted during WWII and served with Australian Special Wireless Group intercepting encoded Japanese radio messages.

Raised her family with John at their home in East Lindfield, later retiring to Forster.

A wide reader, a talented poet, a gifted baker of roasts and sponges and a speaker of the Indonesian language, Nan will be sorely missed by her family and a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Privately cremated at Mount Barker.
