WILLS AND BEQUESTS.
Annie Dalgleish Beveridge, formerly of French Island, but late of Beechworth, widow, who died on the 20th of January, 1892, by the will, dated 7th December, 1891, appointed Mary Cockburn Forrest and Balfour Ewing Forrest trustees. she bequeaths the following legacies, vis.:- To Mrs. Jane Lidlon, Henrietta Paul Pemberton, Balfour E wing Forrest £50 each ; she devises to her sister, Mary Cockburn Forrest, the life interest of all her estate, and at her decease the estate is to be disposed of in the following manner, viz.- The sums of £1000 each to be paid to Henrietta Paul Pemberton and Balfour Ewing Forrest, and to David Forrest £100, and the residue of the estate she devises to Henrietta Paul Pemberton and Balfour Ewing Forrest. Value of real and personal property, £5365.
