Birth not found to date. On her mother's death ceritifcate Emily gives her age as 51 which would make her born in 1870 approx and according to the death certificate, Emily was the elder of the children, however this doesn't match marriage date or births found for the other children in this family.

I have been unable to find Emily's death in Australia to date.
