Mr William Boyd Scott, one of the oldest residents of Deniliquin, died last Saturday at the age-of 86.

A resident of Deniliquin for 76 years, Mr. William Boyd Scott has died there at the age at 86. For the greater part of his life, Mr. Scott was employed as a bricklayer's labourer,

Mr. William Boyd Scott, one of the oldest residents of the Deniliquin district, passed, away on Saturday in his 87th year. He came to Deniliquin with his family at the age of ten years- His father was employed in the building of the Riverine Brewery premises. For many years deceased followed the calling of expert well sinker on district stations. He is survived by three daughters.
