William was married in 1802 to Elizabeth Pridmore a widow of Abraham Pridmore. Elizabeth's maiden name was Elizabeth Blackwell she was baptised in 1765 at Benefield Northamptonshire and her parents were Thomas Blackwell and Elizabeth Fardell. Elizabeth Blackwell Pridmore Blackwell died in 1849 at Benefield. This family had a lot of Elizabeth's which confuses the issues considerably.
