Government Gazette of the State of New South Wales (Sydney, NSW : 1901 - 2001) Fri 1 Mar 1946 [Issue No.22] Page 559 re Will of ALEXANDER SCOTT, the younger, late of Deniliquin, in the State of New South Wales, labourer, deceased - Probate granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 20th November, 1945. - Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act. 1898-1940 (Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938, and Trustee Act, 1925-1940). Alexander Hardish Scott, the executor of the will of the said Alexander Scott, the younger, who died on 10th October, 1945, hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send, particulars of their claims to the said executor, care of the undersigned, on or before the 30th April next, at the expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.- Dated 22nd February, 1946.
