OBITUARY
Mr. CHARLES JAMES
A former resident of Sunshine for thirty years, Mr. Charles James passed away on Sunday last at his residence, 46 Somerville Road, Yarraville, at the age of 85 years.
The deceased left here about seven years ago and was at one time employed by the local council. He had a family of nine children, one son Mr. Len James of Morris St., Sunshine, being a well-known identity.
Interested in sport, the late Mr. James had been a trainer to foot runners.
The funeral took place on Tuesday to the Footscray Cemetery.
