I cannot confirm Benjamin Rowe;s marriage.

I have found some items that show he may have been imprisoned when he was in his 20's for assualting a peace officer. I have also found a Benjamin Rowe of the correct age who boarded a ship at Gravesend to go to Melbourne Australia in 1873. I have also found the death in 1881 at Tavistock England of a Benjamin Rowe of the correct age. I have been unable to find out if these items relate to this Benjamin Rowe. The Criminal record does record Benjamin as Benjamin Jnr so it is likely at least the criminal record is the correct Benjamin
