MAN FINED ON THREE CHARGES. ALBURY, Tuesday. Fines totalling £12 were imposed on Alexander Claude McIntosh, 24, who had pleaded guilty at the Albury Police Court to-day to charges of having resisted arrest, offensive behaviour and having maliciously damaged a glass door at the Carlton Hotel. It was alleged by the police that on Saturday night Mcintosh went to the hotel, and on being refused admittance, kicked in a glass panel in the door. He then went to Wodonga Place, where he attempted to strike an old woman. A youth who went to her assistance was struck by Mcintosh, and an old man who went to the youth's assistance was also assaulted. When Constable Bullen arrived, Mcintosh resisted arrest.
