Missing since the 14th ultimo, when he was seen at Harwood Island, Clarence River, - Anthony Cruickshank Wilson, 49years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, stout build, fair complexion, blue eyes, fair hair, bald on top of head, sandy moustache and whiskers, shaved on chin, upper front tooth missing; wore black coat, sealskin vest, light tweed trousers and light soft hat; a labourer, a Scotchman. May have gone to Brisbane or Richmond River to seek employment. Information to his wife, Agnes Wilson, 135 Henderson Road, Alexandria.

PROBATE JURISDICTION.
In the matter of the Intestate Estate of WILLIAM ATKINSON or ANTHONY CRUICKSHANK WILSON, late of Yulgilbar, near Grafton, deceased.
All persons indebted to the above-named deceased are requested to pay the amounts of their several ACCOUNTS to me or to my agent, Mr. F. H. Galbraith, Grafton. AIso, all persons having CLAIMS against the said Estate are requested to forward the same, verified by affidavit, to me on or before, the fifth day of January, 1895.
N.B.-Any claim not sent in by the day named will be liable to be excluded from participation.
