Born 13th January 1958, passed peacefully in the early hours of Friday 6th June while under the care of the excellent staff at Box Hill Hospital.
He was surrounded by his loving family during his final hours.

Husband of Lisa Maree Bannan (nee Horne). Loving father of Luca (Laura Angela) Bannan, Jessica Erin Bannan, Shane Patrick Bannan Liam David Bannan. Adored grandfather of Jason Alexander Carpenter, Riley David Carpenter & William John Carpenter. Loving father-in-law of Elise Emily Bannan (nee Brown) & Matthew Jason Carpenter. He will be sorely missed.
