NOTICE of intended distribution of estate.-Any person having any claim upon the estate of GEORGE WILLIAM
DAVIS, late of 149 Ballandella Street, Balranald, in the State of New South Wales, who died on 26th August, 1991, must send particulars of his claim to the executor John Donald Davis, c.o. Garden & Green, Solicitors, 139 Market Street, Balranald, N.S.W. or their agents H. D. McLachlan, Chilton & Co., Solicitors, 11th Floor, 2 O'Connell Street, Sydney, N.S.W., within two (2) calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the executor may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which at the time of distribution he has notice.
