Brylie Rae VINES [7339]

  General Notes:

Brylie had been on dialysis for some time and was the recipient of a kidney transplant early in 2014. The kidney transplant was one of 5 carried out on the same day, with the donated kidneys being transported to the various patients around Melbourne. Brylie's mother donated a kidney to another recipient so that Brylie could receive a kidney from another person. Sadly, Brylie was very weak from her illness and despite the kidney functioning well, Brylie's weight had dropped to under 40 kgs and complications set in.

Vines - The funeral service to celebrate the life of Brylie Vines will be held in the Boyd Chapel, Springvale Crematorium, Princes Hwy, Springvale on Monday August 18 2014 commencing at 10.30am. I lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Monash Heart colleague Brylie Vines. Brylie was such a beautiful person, hardworking and committed team member, wonderful friend, cherished daughter of Leanne and Phil, loving sister of Denae and the best Mum to little Cooper. She will be greatly missed by all at Monash Heart. Our love and sympathy to Leanne and Phil. Our hearts are heavy.
