Mrs. Matilda Mitchell, who has been a resident of Hay and district for many years, died at the Hay Hospital on Wednesday, at the age of 69 years. Her husband, who also died at Hay predeceased her in 1907. Mrs. Mitchell was the mother of Mr. W. J. Mitchell, until recently herdsman at Hay; of Mr. Alf. Mitchell, of Hay; and of Mrs. H. Thomas, Griffith; Mrs.J. McKinnon, Benduck; and Mrs. S. Stokes, Melbourne.
