-After 14 days Victor Whitford Long, of Colpln avenue, Ballarat, accountant, an executor appointed by the deceased's will, dated 1st June, 1944, will APPLY to the Supreme Court for a grant of PROBATE of the said WILL, reserving leave to James Edmund Crougey. formerly of Smith street, Hamilton, but now of the Royal Australian Air Force, in Australia, leading aircraftsman, the other executor appointed by the said will, to come in and prove the same.
