- Insolvency Jurisdiction. - In the Estate of JAMES CHARLES SCOTT, of Tylden, in the Colony of Victoria, Fencer. - Notice is hereby given that the abovenamed James Charles Scott intends to APPLY to Wriothesley Baptist Noel, Esquire, Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates for the colony of Victoria, on MONDAY, the 27th day of JUNE next, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, that a CERTIFICATE of DISCHARGE from his debts and liabilities maybe granted to him, pursuant to the act of Council made and passed in that behalf.
