PARSELL. - On the 17th December, at Gisborne (result of accident), John, the dearly beloved eldest son of John and Edith Parsell, of Langley, and loved brother of Mary (Mrs. R. Kerr, Kyneton), Agnes (Footscray), Kate (Mrs. T. Kenny, Langley), Patrick Arthur (Langley), Marjorie (Mrs. Cox, Brighton), James (Geelong), Nellie (Kyneton), Henry (deceased), Norah (Footscray), and Thomas (Langley), aged 31 years. R.I.P.

MOTOR TRAFFIC.
CAR RUNS OVER EMBANKMENT.
Crashes Into a Tree.
The Driver Killed.
Early yesterday morning a motor car containing three men skidded on the Melbourne-Bendigo road, about two miles from Macedon, and crashed, into a tree,.One of the occupants was killed and the others injured.
The victims were: - 1
KILLED.
JOHN PARSELL, 32 years, of Langley, near Kyneton.
INJURED.
EDWARD FRANCIS HAWTHORNE, of Castlemaine; broken collarbone.
ALBERT J. WHALEY, Kyneton; shock.
According to statements to the police the party was returning from Melbourne to Kyneton, after having driven to his home a motor cyclist whose machine had been disabled near Kyneton the previous day. The car was being driven by the owner, Parsell. Approaching Macedon the car skidded over an incline, and collided with a tree. Hawthorne and Whaley were thrown clear, but Parsell was thrown through the wind screen.
The injured men were conveyed to Gisborne by a passing motorist.

Coincidentally John Parsell and Edward Francis Hawthorne are both in this family tree, but on different sides of the family.

JUDICIAL AND LAW NOTICES.

AFTER the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction that LETTERS of ADMINISTRATION of the estate of JOHN THOMAS JOSEPH PARSELL late of Langley, in the State of Victoria, labourer, deceased, intestate left unadministered by John Thomas Parsell of Langley aforesaid, engine driver, formerly farmer, deceased, the administrator or the said estate, may be granted to Eliza Agnes Parsell, of 25 Albert street Footscray in the said State, dressmaker, one of the executrices to whom probate of the will of the said John Thomas Parsell deceased was granted by the Supreme Court of Victoria, in its Probate Jurisdiction on the 20th day of April 1934, the said John Thomas Parsell, deceased, being solely entitled to the estate of the said John Thomas Joseph Parsell deceased.
