Drunk Man Involved In Smash
As a result of a collision between two cars at the intersection of Railway-road and Hay
street, Subiaco, on Thursday. a man was charged in the Perth Police Court yesterday with
drunken and dangerous driving.
He is Thomas Dan Shuttleworth (30), garage hand, of Federation-street. Mt. Hawthorn.
The accused was driving his car towards Perth in Railway road about 2.35 p.m. when he
collided with a car travelling in the opposite direction.
On the charge of drunken driving, Shuttleworth was fined £40 and had his licence suspended for three months.
On the second charge, he was fined £5.
Before Mr. P. E. A. Bateman, S.M. Sgt. L. H. Scott prosecuted.
