Horace was born in 1878, but his mother was said to be a widow at the 1871 census, her husband Charles having died in 1866. When he died Horace was living at 60 Harboro Road, Rushden. He died at the Northhampton County Hospital and his estate was valued at £234 6s. Probate was granted to his wife Annie in1941.
