FUNERAL NOTICE. THE relatives and friends of the late Mr. Harold McAllan are invited to attend his funeral which will leave St. Patrick's, Braddon, this day (Saturday), at 2.30 p.m. for interment in the Roman Catholic portion of the General Cemetery, Canberra. M. H. O'ROURKE, A.F.D.A.
McALLAN. - Ex-servicemen are kindly requested to attend the funeral of their late Comrade, Pte. Harold McAllan, which will leave St. Patrick's R.C. The Canberra Times (ACT : 1926 - 1995) Tue 11 Nov 1941 Page 3 Classified Advertising LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS of the estate of HAROLD OETKI McALLAN late of Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory Clerk deceased who died on the 11th day of July 1941, and Letters of Administration with the will annexed of whose estate were granted by the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction on the 21st day of October 1941 to Eileen Redmonda McAllan of 411 Plenty Road Preston in the State of Victoria Spinster are hereby required to SEND PARTICULARS in writing of such claims to the said Administratrix care of the undersigned at his address hereundermentioned on or before the 15th day of January 1942 after which date the Administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased to or among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which she shall then have had notice, and the Administratrix will not be liable for the assets so distributed or any part thereof to any person of' whose claim she shall not then have had notice as aforesaid.
