This is also the parents names mentioned on her death certificate, so is this the correct Elsie May Burns. It is possible that Elsie May Burns may have been adopted or fostered out as her mother was a single mother. I cannot confirm if this is the Elsie May Burns who was the daughter of Ethel May Burns.
