WALKER & CO. have received instructions from the Union Trustees Company of Australia, Limited, administrators in the estate of the late Mary Ann Faulkner, to sell by public auction (by their auctioneer, Mr; Chas. Walker), in conjunction with Mr. W. P.. CARR, as above, All that LAND, being part of allotment 1 of Section 10, Parish of Moolap, County Grant, containing 165 acres or there abouts of freehold land, now let to Mrs. C. Hinchcliff, whose lease expires on the 8th March next; so that almost immediate possession may be given.
The land occupies a good position at Hamstead, Moolap, at the rear of St. Alban's, and is nicely situated for grazing or general farming purposes, as it is within about five miles of Geelong.
The land forms, a very nice summer fattening paddock, and it has a very extensive frontage to the River Barwon.
The property is fenced; subdivided and well, sheltered.
As this property must now be sold to wind up the estate, buyers are advised to inspect before the day of. sale.
