In the 1888-1889 Post Office Directory, a Harry Faulkner is said to have been a farmer at Macorna North. It is thought this is in fact Henery who purchased a farm near to his sister and brother-in-law, Annie and Mark Perkins who also farmed at Macorna North. The entry appears again in the 1891-92 directory, 93-94 but in 1895-96 the name has been changed to Harry Faulkner.
