General:
Theodore's first marriage was to Ada Emily ????? who died on January 16, 1922 and they had children.
Theodore married Tassorette Louie Setford (1884 - 1959) in 1923 . After the boating accident in which Tassorette's first husband, Darrell McIntosh Dysart Ray (1884-1921) died at Lakes Entrance in 1921, Tassie had been taken to Theodore Little's house on the shores of the Lakes.
Theodore was a stock and station agent and resided at St Kilda East.
Theodore died on January 28, 1929 from heart failure whilst bathing at the Ocean Beach at Lakes Entrance, Victoria[4].
An inquest was held into his death on January 28, 1929[5]. Rex Albert Foord, a draper of Bairnsdale gave the following account of what happened:
[he was] hit by a wave and carried under the water and when the wave passed the body came up to the top. I knew something was wrong as he did not make a struggle...'. Resuscitation attempts were made by a Doctor present on the beach, but to no avail.
Theodore was buried at Sale Public Cemetery in a grave with his first wife Ada Emily and daughter Doris .
His estate was proved on August 5, 1925. Most of his money was left to his sister and children. He left to Tassorette Louie Little £2,500 and released her from all moneys which may at any time during my lifetime have been advanced by me to her

William Little (farmer) aged 49, Isabella Little (housekeeper) aged 47, Richard Little (Tailor) aged 25, George Little (Policeman) aged 22, John Little (Agricultural labourer) aged 20, Joseph Little (Agricultural Labourer) aged 18, Mary Ann Little (Servant) aged 15, Margaret 13, Eliza 11, Sophia 8, and Sarah 5, arrived on the Ship the Reliance from Plymouth docking at Port Phillip on 19 March 1850.
Williams death in 1854, only 4 years after arriving in Port Phillip, states that he was 67 years of age, which means the age he gave on the shipping records was inaccurate by almost 20 years.

CYCLISTS ON FOOTPATHS.
TWO CASES BEFORE THE POLICE COURT.
Two cyclists were proceeded against, on Thursday, before Mr. G. D. McCormack, P.M., and Mr. D. Curdie, J.P., for riding on footpaths in Camperdown.
Avery George Lloyd did not appear. Constable McNamara said the defendant rode a bicycle on the footpath in Leura-street on the 23rd of December. When spoken to about it, Lloyd said " It is all right." Mr. McCormack : And I suppose you said it was all wrong. Constable McNamara stated that Lloyd had been fined 10s on a former occasion for furious riding on a bicycle. Mr. McCormack: If 10s won't stop him, we'll see if 20s will. A fine of 20s was recorded...................
From Wikitrees https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Lloyd-9690
Avery was born in 1876 in Camperdown, VIC, the son of William Lloyd and his wife Fanny, nee Faulkner. He attended Camperdown State School.[1]
He was carpenter & joiner by trade having served his apprenticeship with his father and continued with him after completion for a total of ten years. He then worked for McCrae & Husband for 6 years on house and general building. From about 1900 he worked around Melbourne on general construction.
In 1903 he was fined for riding a bicycle ("furious riding") on the footpath in Camperdown.[2] It is not surprising to see his name mentioned as a prominent road racer a few years later.[3]
Avery married Delia Lloyd in Victoria in 1906. There were 2 children by this marriage. Delia died in Heidelberg, VIC in 1910.[4]
He remarried to Eva May Shaw in 1913. There were 2 children by this marriage.
An argument with a neighbour landed him in Court charged with using insulting words. It seems obvious he did, but the charge was dismissed.[5] His evidence suggests he had some military background.
In 1917 he applied to become an Australian Munitions Worker under a joint Australian government/ British government scheme to supply skilled workers for the War effort in the UK. He was accepted and his agreement was signed on 04 Oct 1917. He was issued with Australian Munitions Worker Badge No. 2551 and embarked on the SS "Anchises" on 08 Aug 1917 from Sydney, NSW, arriving in Liverpool, England on 02 Oct 1917.
From there he proceeded to France to work for Messrs. McAlpine & Sons as a carpenter. Within a short time he had transferred with the company to Spondon in England.
On 03 Sep 1918 he transferred to Messrs. Davidson Aviation Factory, Hammersmith as a joiner. However, within a few weeks he had been dismissed for leaving work without permission. It seems they later reinstated him.
In Jun 1918 he sought permission to visit relatives in Rugby, England. Permission was given, provided he did not miss his boat.
Avery returned to Australia on the SS "Bahia Castillo", departing Devonport, England on 18 Jul 1919. After disembarking at Port Melbourne on 16 Oct 1919 his agreement was terminated as complete the same day. He returned to live in Camperdown.
Over the next few years he was very frequent correspondent with the Department of Defence about progress on (State) Legislation for Soldier Settlement Blocks and whether Munitions Workers would be eligible - an issue over which the Defence Department had no control. He was living in Camperdown until after 1922. It seems he was not eventually successful in gaining a block as he subsequently moved to West Preston, VIC.
Avery died in Preston, VIC in 1929.

SAD DEATH BY BURNING.
A little girl, 4 1/2 years of age, named Ethel May Lloyd, and a daughter of Mr. John Lloyd, of Lalla Rookh near Yerong Creek, met her death on Friday last as the result of a burning accident, thus making a double bereavement in the same family within a week. It will be remembered that a few days ago we had to chronicle the death of Richard Lloyd, 12 years of age, and a son of Mr. John Lloyd, resulting from his being thrown from his horse, and now the hand of death has carried away this second victim from the same family circle. It appears that on Thursday morning the child was playing in the garden with some other young children, and, to amuse themselves, they lighted a camp fire in a hole dug for that purpose. The unfortunate child must have got too close to the fire and thus ignited her clothes for she suddenly screamed out, and her father, who was inside the house, on running out, found the child completely enveloped in flames. Without hesitating a moment Mr. Lloyd tore the burning garments from the child's body, but not before she had sustained terrible burns. As well as possible Mr. Lloyd dressed the burns, and making all possible haste to Yerong Creek, just managed to catch the train to Wagga. On the arrival of the train here the child was taken to Dr. Long's residence, but her injuries proved so severe that she expired directly the house was reached.
